Abstract	This report gives an overview of the major results of the description of financial and fiscal incentives to stimulate vocational education and training in four countries. The aim of the research is to generate good ideas in this area for policy makers. The study is not meant as an exhaustive international comparison, but should indicate good ideas for fiscal and financial stimuli. Thorough analysis of existing legislation is crucial. The focus should be on arrangements outside the traditional regular financing flows for education. The stimulating arrangements could both be directed towards individuals as well as companies. The study makes an inventory of existing incentives in some selected countries, that is France, the United Kingdom, Korea and Malaysia. (DIPF/texte taken from the original).
