The model of participatory action research showed success by the development of teaching materials for secondary level and by the professional development of both teachers and student teachers. Starting from the requirements at the chemistry teacher training program concerning the heterogeneity, diversity and diagnostic process in chemistry classes, the model of participatory action research has been enhanced. In an adapted model the formation of a development team is a crucial step. In a process of communication the team develops concepts for seminars in chemistry education. Thus, in this article the developed model will be presented as well as illustrated on an example. |
