| Abstract | Objective of the study was to analyze the progress facilitating provisions for the regional physical education system in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) including: balance of the Federal and regional specialist training service for the Yakut physical education and sports sector, with a special attention to the individual credentials of the specialists; systemic efforts to build up the information analyzing competences in students (including data management, generalizing and classification skills) in the vocational physical education process; staged knowledgebase building by a sound theoretical and practical toolkit to effectively build the general education and special professional competences.Objective of the study was to analyze the progress facilitating provisions for the regional physical education system in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) including: balance of the Federal and regional specialist training service for the Yakut physical education and sports sector, with a special attention to the individual credentials of the specialists; systemic efforts to build up the information analyzing competences in students (including data management, generalizing and classification skills) in the vocational physical education process; staged knowledgebase building by a sound theoretical and practical toolkit to effectively build the general education and special professional competences.
