Abstract	Die Erforschung und Diagnostik des fachdidaktischen Wissens von Lehrkräften ist für die Lehrerbildung von zentraler Bedeutung, da sie eine Möglichkeit zur Evaluation und Qualitätssicherung wesentlicher Inhalte der Ausbildung darstellt. Der vorliegende Artikel bietet eine Einführung in die Konzeption und die zurzeit erfolgreichsten Ansätze zur Diagnose des fachdidaktischen Wissens. Auf Grundlage dieser Ansätze wurden im Rahmen der hier durchgeführten Studie sowohl ein Papier- und Bleistifttest zur Erfassung des deklarativen fachdidaktischen Wissens als auch ein videoclipgestützter Test zur Erfassung des fachdidaktischen Reflexionswissens von Biologielehrkräften entwickelt. Im Rahmen der Ergebnisse werden beispielhaft typische Testitems der Messinstrumente vorgestellt. Abschließend werden die Einsatzmöglichkeiten der entwickelten Instrumente diskutiert. (DIPF/Orig.). The investigation and diagnostics of teachers' pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) is of central importance in the context of teacher education, since this offers a possibility for evaluation and quality assurance of a central aspect of teacher's professional knowledge. This article offers a short introduction to the concept of PCK. Afterwards, the presently most successful approaches to analysing PCK will be presented. These approaches served as the basis for the to-presented study in order to develop a paper-and pencil-test to investigate the declarative biology teachers' PCK. Above that, the approaches also provided the basis for the development of a video supported paper pencil test that helped to measure biology teachers' PCK-related reflection. First results of these tests as well as typical test items of the measuring instruments will be presented. The text will close with a discussion of the possible areas of application of the instruments developed. (DIPF/Orig.).
