| Abstract | In order to make PE more appealing we conducted an experiment that aim was to compare an efficiency of a traditional approach (TRA) based on drill exercises focused on hits' technique in isolated situations with a game based approach (GBA) where the technique and strategy were learned simultaneously mainly in modified games. Two female groups (each group n = 11) from 2nd year of gymnasium participated in the experiment carried out within 8 PE classes. As the game performance character of the play (match or recreational game) and occurrence of taught hits were assessed. Special knowledge was assessed by written test. The girls taught by GBA significantly increased the variability of hits in match (p ( 0.05, resp. p ( 0.01) to the detriment of over head forehand clear (from 80% to 53%). A proportionality of hits in match or recreational game of girls taught by TRA almost didn't changed (p ) 0.05). All the girls taught by GBA made effort to play the thatch where as only 2 pairs from the TRA group did. Results of the knowledge test showed that the girls taught by GBA scored higher than the girls taught by TRA above all in questions of game strategy but also in questions of hit technique. Results indicated better efficiency of GBA on both game performance and game knowledge. (Autor). V zmysle súcasných poziadaviek zvýsit' atraktivitu telesný a sportovej výchovy bol zrealizovaný výzkum, kterého ciel'om bolo pri výucbe bedmintonu porovnat' efektívitu tradicního modelu výucby s preferovaním nácviku techniky úderov a herne orientovaného modelu s preferovaním súcasného nácviku techniky a taktiky úderov v premenlivých podmienkach hry. Výskum bol uskutocnený s dievcatami 2. rocníku gymnázia (dve triedy po n = 11) v 8 vyucovacích hodinách. Diagnostika výsledkov výucby bola zalozená na expertíznom posudzovaní výskytu pouzívaných úderov a charakteru hry dvojíc (zápas/rekreacný bedminton) a vedomostnom teste s otázkámi z pravidiel a techniky a taktiky úderov. Po absolvovaní výucby sa u dievcat vyucovaných herne orientovaným modelom v zápase významne vzrástla variabilita úderov (p ( 0,05, resp. p ( 0,01) na úkor vysokého forhendu (z 80 % na 53 %). U dievcat vyucovaných tradicne sa proporcionalita úderov takmer nezmenila (p ) 0,05). Na konci experimentu sa vsecky dievcatá vyucované herne orientovaným modelem snazili o sportový zápas, v triede vyucovaný tradicným sposobom len 2 dvojice. Vo vedomostnom teste skórovali vyssie dievcatá vyucované herne orientovaným modelem, predovsetkým v otázkach z taktiky, ale aj techniky úderov. Celkove výsledky naznacili vyssiu efektivitu herne orientovaného prístupu tak v technicko-taktické výkonnosti ako aj v úrovni speciálnych vedomostí. (Autor). |
