A society that chooses inclusion as a normative rule should establish institutions to guide those toward the general direction of autonomous and full inclusion who are commonly excluded or have difficulties to fulfill the expectations of functional system and organisations. Social work is such an institution. The theoretical and practical meaning of that thesis is explained sociologically and by example of a vocational training unit facilitating inclusion. |
