Abstract | "Ausgehend von dem durch die Änderungen in der Sozialgesetzgebung eingeleitet Wandel in der beruflichen Rehabilitation wird beschrieben, wie (junge) Menschen mit insbesondere psychischen Behinderungen durch berufliche Rehabilitation gefördert werden, damit sie am Arbeitsleben teilhaben können. Anschließend wird die aktuelle Situation der betroffenen Menschen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt auf der Basis von Gesundheitsreports dokumentiert. Auf diese Weise wird der gegenwärtige Stand der Integration nach der beruflichen Rehabilitation nachvollziehbar beschrieben. In einem weiteren Abschnitt werden die ersten Ansätze der Inklusion in der beruflichen Rehabilitation vorgestellt und die komplexen Anforderungen für deren weitere Realisierung. Zum Abschluss wird eingeschätzt, ob Inklusion an die Stelle von Integration treten kann." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku). "Outgoing form chance in the professional Rehabilitation, released by the changes in the social legislation, is described how (young) people with in particular psychic impediments are promoted by professional rehabilitation, so that they can participate in the working life. Afterwards the topical situation of the affected people on the job market is described on the base from health reports. In this manner the present state of the Integration in the professional rehabilitation is represented understandably. In an other segment are introduced on the first attempts of the Inklusion in the professional rehabilitation and the complicated demands for a further conversion of the Inklusion become outlined.
