Abstract | Responses from 81 of 184 business faculty using distance learning methods revealed the following: (1) design and delivery were primarily self-taught; (2) they believed technology was not sufficiently reliable; (3) the greatest benefit was flexibility for students; and (4) they strongly endorsed a student-centered teaching approach for online courses.
