Abstract"This volume is the collection of the research papers presented, including the outcome of the discussions, at the University-Business Forum held on 22nd of February 2011 in Tallinn. The Conference was organised by Tallinn School of Economics and Business Administration of Tallinn University of Technology in cooperation with Wismar Business School. The Conference has been supported by the Baltisch-Deutsches Hochschulkontor. This generous support has helped to bring together academics and specialists from business and academic areas for an exchange of their knowledge and experience. The aim of the Conference was to provide a forum for discussions of issues related to the assessment of university-business cooperation in the Baltic Sea Region (BSR) with a focus on Baltic States. With about seventy participants, the Conference represented a great platform for disseminating knowledge and experience on regional and university-business development and the situation of universities 3rd task in BSR. The objective was to provide the participants with a forum where they can work to establish contacts and promote active cooperation within joint projects and research networking. The Conference was placed in the environment of EFMD Conference on entrepreneurship in Tallinn the issues of 'Entrepreneurial University' and 'Entrepreneurial Education' plays an important role. This situation is reflected by the accepted papers which are ordered in the three parts: Part 1: University-Business Cooperation; Part 2: Entrepreneurial Education; Part 3: Business Research."
