| Abstract | The basis purpose of organization of physical self-education is formation of spiritual-moral personality, where spiritual-moral life values are the core component. If targets of physical self-education are the purpose of health strengthening and self-development of motor skills, physical abilities for self-training to serve people, Motherland, found a family and support healthy way of life in it, training of healthy people, this purpose has a spiritual-moral aspect and performs the function of spiritual-moral personal formation. Introduction of people to fundamental cultural values, including physical culture, becomes the main method of achievement of the purpose of educational system. In self-perception and self-determination the ideal, purpose and tasks of self-education are formed, along with the methods, means and ways of self-cultivation. In compliance with the purpose and certain tasks man choosing self-education, takes self-responsibilities, determines the rules of personal behavior that become the basis of self-organization of personal life and service activity. Following of the worked rules of behavior reflects internally taken decisions to develop or change these or those qualities. Conclusion. Every educational system bears time's imprint and sociopolitical regime, character of social relations. Human ideals of the quoted epoch are noticeable in purposes and tasks it puts forward. However the core for every educational system is focus on training of the man ready and capable of living in the modern for him society. Verf.-Referat. |
