Abstract	The assessment of learning in an online environment is increasingly being used by teachers and institutions throughout the world. Learners are demanding a more flexible approach to assessment activities, and this demand will increase as online practice becomes a care part of further and higher educational courses, distance learning and corporate training programs. As learners engage more with content in an online environment they will require assessment tasks based on the same tools that are used for the learning experience. This book provides guidance for teachers, lectures and trainees on online assessment, including types of assessment questions and tasks, choosing the right assessment software, examples of e-assessment over a wide variety of disciplines, making e-assessment interactive.
