AbstractThis volume contains a selection of essays written on East European higher education reforms in the years 1995-2000. Covering various aspects of higher education reform in the post state-socialist countries of Central and East Europe and the former Soviet Union the study suggests that the reform agenda was effectively abandoned before it even started.
